Shipping & Return
We are committed to bringing you the best delivery experience possible. For those living in the Chicago metropolitan area, we offer free delivery. Otherwise, artwork will be delivered via UPS or a specialized art shipper, depending on size. Your artwork will typically arrive within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
Please inspect your artwork when it is delivered, and in the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us immediately. All deliveries are fully insured.
Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your art purchase. However, if you change your mind, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to ensure a refund. Please use the same shipping box that the piece arrived in to return it to us. Beyond 3 days, no refund will be given. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the artwork, but our shipping charges are not refundable.
The cost of returning the piece is the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
You are welcome to use the shipper of your choice to make a return, but please insure the work for its full value and return the artwork in the same condition that you received it.
Expedited and Deferred Shipments
We ship artwork as quickly as possible. If you would like your order expedited, we are happy to do so for an additional charge. Additionally, if you would like to defer a shipment, we can place a hold on your artwork for 30 days. If you would like to defer a shipment for a longer period of time, please contact to make arrangements.
Cancelling an Order
Please contact us to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with you to arrange a return.
